Fancy trying something new? If you love old records, good company, a hearty supper and - best of all - a BYOB evening then Turntable Tales is made for you! We’re back playing records on Fri 14th February at No.84 Cafe, Echo Sq, Gravesend and keen to attract new guests. Each month we suggest a loose theme and invite you to bring along your records and stories that fit the bill.
But you don’t need a record collection to enjoy the night. There’s always a curated playlist to choose from or why not simply kick back on a Friday night and listen to other people’s quirky selections? It’s a friendly, inclusive environment that crosses all genres and you’re guaranteed to go home with at least one new tune stuck in your head.
We don’t charge an entrance fee for the evening but ask for a donation after supper (recommended £7) to cover food, corkage and help ensure No.84 remains a community asset.

Now into its second year, 'Sunday Club' is when the Mole Hole’s intimate cellar bar makes its stage available for songwriters, of all genres to exclusively perform their original work in an informal, friendly and supportive setting.
There's only one rule: "No Covers!"
So, if you’ve got your own song or two to sing (a typical set is 3 original songs; sometimes more, sometimes less), come down at 6pm and our host will slot you in to the schedule to share your musical and lyrical thoughts with our appreciative audience.
Or, if you haven’t got your own songs to perform, come down for a craft ale or gin and enjoy an evening of original music. Who knows, you may be even be inspired to go home and write a song to come and perform at a future Sunday Club; you will be very welcome!

Beer Pressure is a fun-time function band from the South-East of England on a mission; to make an audience sing & dance! With a hectic pub circuit that they follow they are likely to be performing in a venue near you sometime soon.
Their set is full to the brim with old classics as well as lots of modern tunes that will have you up and dancing, tapping your toes and clapping your hands all night long.

Johnny G is well known on the open mic circuit either performing solo or often working with other local musicians to support various events in this area. He also played for the Mayor’s Charity lunch earlier this year at Cobham Hall on a beautiful Steinway piano.
He has a wonderful way with harmonies on the keyboard accompanied with smooth vocal delivery of popular songs. His repertoire includes contemporary songs from Beatles, Queen, Lady Gaga to favourite jazz standards from an early era.

Urška Horvat is the recipient of numerous awards and prizes from national and international competitions, among those are the 1st prize at the Live Music Now supported by Yehudi Menuhin, Concordia Foundation 2017, Wettbewerb fur Violoncello Liezen (Austria), Young International JanigroCompetition (Croatia) and the 1st prize at the Soloists' Competition 2016, that led her to perform Dvorak cello concerto at the Cadogan Hall, London. Urška has been invited as a soloist and a chamber musician to participate at the Trondheim Chamber Music Festival (Norway) and is performing extensively as chamber musician and soloist across Europe. She is a member of Avant Trio; their recent CD has been released by Sheva records receiving a rave review in the BBC Music Magazine. One of her performances has recently been also broadcast on BBC Radio 3.
Pinar Celik Warsi was born in Istanbul, began playing the piano in 1991 at Istanbul Anatolian Fine Arts High school and in 1994 she was accepted to Istanbul University State Conservatory where she studied with Professor Meral Yapali. Pinar obtained her BMus with honours in 2000 and continued her Postgraduate Diploma in Advance Performance studies at Royal Northern College of Music with Renna Kellaway in the UK. During her studies she has played solo and chamber music concerts in prestigious Hall such as Ataturk Cultural centre, Austrian cultural Centre, International Piano Series in Istanbul to mention a few. She also performed with Istanbul University State Conservatoire Orchestra as a soloist. From 2001 to 2006 she taught piano and worked as an accompanist at the Istanbul University State Conservatory while continuing her performances in Turkey and abroad.
After moving to the England in 2006, she continued her studies at the Royal Academy of Music with Tatiana Sarkissova and obtained her Postgraduate Diploma in Piano Performance in 2008.
The highlight of her many solo and chamber music recitals in Turkey and abroad include the Istanbul International Music Festival, the International Interfest Bitola Music Festival, and collaborated with many musicians such as violist RusenGunes, cellist Alexander Somov are among one of them. Pinar has played in Istanbul's important venues such as Cemal Resid Rey Concert Hall, Is SanatConcert Hall, Ataturk Cultural Centre, Austrian Cultural Centre, Steinway Haus in Dusseldorf. She played with Istanbul and Adana State Symphony Orchestras and Istanbul Chamber Orchestra. As well as in Turkey, Pinar has performed in Germany, Spain, Macedonia, Italy and in the U.K.
In 2024 she has World Premiered formidable Turkish composer, Yalcin Tura’s Piano Concerto with the London Chamber Orchestra at the Royal College of Music in London to celebrate the 100th year of Turkish Republic in the U.K. She has collaborated with many musicians, among some Rusen Gunes, Alexandar Somov and Eva Bogoevska. She has participated in master classes with Professor Sergei Dorensky, Irina Zaritskaya, Huseyin Sermet, Barry Synder, Andrei Diev, Leontina Margulis, Diana Ketler and Dianne Andersson.
Pinar lives in London. She continues to perform and collaborate with many musicians, teaches piano privately and at the Rachmaninof Music Academy.

LunaBarge are a double-stomping, energetic, uplifting, indie-folk trio.
They are armed with banjo, guitar, ukulele, uke bass, 3 vocals & 2 stomp boxes. They like to find the little things in life that make it worth living and encapsulate them in their catchy original songs. They are Kel (My Mate Dave, The Devil’s Prefects, Dog ‘Ole) Will (Hobo Jones & The Junkyard Dogs, The Devil’s Prefects, Dog ‘Ole) & Tab (Tabitha Wild, Dog ‘Ole) all with many years of live musical experience.
They began as a duo, and quite rapidly built up an impressive list of venues, including The Palladium Club-Bideford, The Ropemakers-Bridport & The Queen’s Head-Farnham. They have supported The Leylines (at The Half Moon, Putney) & Sound Of The Sirens. Festival appearances include The Theatre & Circus Green Room Bar-Glastonbury, Here For the Music, Bearded Theory, & Watchet.
They are looking forward to making appearances at many more shows across the UK, now as a trio with an even bouncier sound!

The Legend, that is, Michael Murray - AKA Elvis, has organised ANOTHER fundraiser to help the Moles Rugby team reach their fundraising target of £25,000 for the Ellenor hospice this year.
The Oddball 3 will be performing a set of stripped down versions of songs by the likes of the Undertones, the Clash, Adam and the Ants, Kraftwerk and Oasis supported by Elvis Oddball delivering a solo set of Beatles, Elvis Presley and Irish singalongs.

Hi I'm Braden, I am an instrumentalist and singer. Alongside working at Elephant Music, I enjoy sharing my passion for music through teaching, gigging and jamming alongside other talented musicians. I have been an avid uke player for nearly a decade and look forward to seeing you at the session!"
